Hand Made Cakes

KTCakes is a small company which prides itself in creating delicious cakes to the customers' specification. I believe attention to detail is important from the start of the design through to completion and it really is evident in the end result.

I bake each cake freshly to each order (so for fruit cakes please allow at least three months when you order to allow it to mature to its best) and use the finest ingredients for each recipe. I believe in supporting local businesses and so use local, organic and free range ingredients where possible. Eggs are from happy local chickens allowed to roam freely but if not enough are laid then I use organic woodland eggs. Butter (not processed margarine) and always British sugar. I will work to your requirements for all occasions, whatever the celebration; small childrens' parties to big weddings and everything in between.
