Towered with both vanilla and carrot cupcakes and mini cakes, each topped with a hand-crafted sugar rose in the chosen colours. A cutting cake at the top with a hand made topper influenced by a traditional tattoo hearts banner.

Hearts and Scrolls Wedding Cake
Topped with beautiful pink and white Lisianthus, the cake has a
monogram of the couples initials in the centre. The scrolls and hearts

Winter Wedding Cake
Handfuls of individually, hand piped snowflakes in different shapes and sizes and a gentle shimmer adorn this four tiered wedding cake. The cake is separated slightly with rosemary which has been frosted to compliment both the theme of the cake and also that of the flowers at the reception.
Jewelled Cupcake
These cupcakes can be towered up with swirled icing and flowers to compliment your colour scheme. Beaded jewels are placed over in accordance with the chosen colours.
Named Cupcakes
Purple and pink cupcakes with butterflies, guests name's and lime green hearts was the brief that the bride gave me. I chose to make some filigree butterflies to perch on the edge of some and hearts on the others. Fresh flowers complemented the colour scheme.
Graduated Blue Wedding Cake
The delicate piping on each tier is complimented by the decorative stand, enhanced by the contemporary colour scheme of graduating depths of blue. The fresh flowers finish off the look.
Red and White Roses
The brief I was given by the bride was a two tiered cake with red and white roses done relatively plainly. The fine white piping work on white icing is simple enough yet very effective.
Purple Butterfly
The purple was prepared to the same shade as bridesmaids dresses. Butterflies featured in the flowers so the theme was to be carried on in the cake. I made the iced white butterflies with the accent colour swept through in the same purple and iced some finer filigree butterflies for contrast.
Simple Two Tier Wedding Cake
This is a stunningly simple cake is dressed with pink and white flowers and matching pink ribbon. This cake can co-ordinate with any colour scheme, in this case it was the lovely pink roses that I matched the ribbon to. It is also possible to add tiers or take them away making this a very versatile choice.

Oak Leaf Wedding Cake
A natural theme for this lovely wedding cake based on oak leaves and acorns. Each tier has branches with leaves and acorns delicately piped on, and roses, sweet peas and alchemilla packed between the tiers.
Stripy Wedding Cake
Very contemporary, this cake is perfect for a summer garden wedding, cupcakes with swirls of butter cream are topped with the same flowers as the top tier and are great for the children, whilst the stacked top two tiers provided both the cutting cake and fun to the event.
